It was truly inspiring to run across this "INTERVIEW" of Barry J. Beck. I worked for him 22-years in combinations of both Tower Systems, and Bluemercury. When you speak of drive, commitment, and dedication Barry had it all. I always considered him to "GENIUS" because I never knew anyone who could turn an idea into pure "GREATNESS/SUCCESS"!!! Visionary is part of it, but Barry could and always created his foundation on solid ground. CAA.

This presentation should embarrass Amazon and Douglas Wiebel on so many levels. Keep in mind, Doug is not just part of the strategic initiative group, but also leads it. Yet all the content in this presentation is ripped straight from the pages of others. 1. What is Disruptive Innovation? He takes the definition from someone else. The Group doesn't have its own vision and mission statement which outlines what disruptive innovation is? 2. He tells us to identify an unmet need. Every single grade school student knows this. What has he tried at Amazon? What frameworks have they implemented? What qualitative/ quantitative data do they look for? Why types of research is conducted? 3. Next, he tells us to brainstorm solutions for an unmet need. Once again, a 1st grader knows this. Here he rips an image straight from the consultancy Ideo. Are you telling me he and his team haven't altered this any anyway? He gives zero insights, anecdotes, frameworks, data, or information other than the most basic 1st grader info. It is shocking that he, the leader of Amazon's strategic initiatives group, is unable to use or share any original thoughts, frameworks, methodologies, templates, data to look for, or anything else for his talk. He is another example of someone who has weaseled his way into a job he is not qualified for. If you want some excellent information on disruption, look at these videos from real operators, not someone who is an office politics ninja and has never built anything. 20 Years of Product Management in 25 Minutes by Dave Wascha ua-cam.com/video/i69U0lvi89c/v-deo.html Dan Olsen "How to Create Your Product Strategy" at the 2018 NYC Product Leader Summit ua-cam.com/video/11b2JdeHoGM/v-deo.html

I dot think “inclusion” is the key especially when the poepl who may not “look like me” aren’t purposefully exciting you. If I want to hire my capable friends from college and keep that same crew they should be at complete liberty to do that without being called racist. Regardless of what color the groups come in , these people e whose int here companies are completely capable so Capability should be the requirement for these jobs not someone else. The main problem with some of these system heads is that they’re heartless and selfish and don’t care for people outside of themsleves.

How did the bats copy a 19nt sequence from a Moderna patent and splice it into a furin cleavage site that didn't exist in any previous generation? The specific 19 nucleotide long sequence coding for tet furin site is found in an obscure bacterium and a raft of *Moderna patents from 2015.* Isn't nature wonderful. (rhetorical) Stéphane Bancel, Moderna CEO is asked directly about those curious patents/inserts, he shrugs it off with a grin... ua-cam.com/video/X_lWF0Kpidw/v-deo.html Moderna, often described as a "lavishly" funded & extremely secretive company, that failed to produce a single approved product prior to it's "Operation Warp Speed" CVD injection! *2016* "We think that when the world does get to see Moderna, they’re going to see something *far larger in its scope than anybody’s seen before”* -Peter Kolchinsky, whose RA Capital Management owns a stake in Moderna *2017* StatNews article nutshell... Investors are beginning to worry as Moderna’s test products have all failed, but don’t worry says CEO Stéphane Bancel... we have a secret plan(product)! It wasn’t until May 2020, months after it had already entered into partnership with the U.S. National Institutes of Health to develop the vaccine, that Moderna was finally issued the patent for it. And, even then, a key patent for the technology already belonged to another company. The NIH also holds many patents on the core mRNA technology used by Moderna. David E. Martin, Ph.D., points out that even though Moderna “very clearly did not have the legal right, and they did not have the contractual rights, they didn’t have the licensing rights” required to enter into a federal contract, *they were still somehow pushed to the front of the line by the NIH and Dr. Anthony Fauci.* *Confidential Documents reveal Moderna sent mRNA Coronavirus Vaccine Candidate to University Researchers weeks before emergence of Covid-19* A agreement shows potential coronavirus vaccine candidates were transferred from Moderna/NIAID(Tony Fauci) to the University of North Carolina(Ralph Baric) in 2019, *nineteen days prior to the emergence of the alleged Covid-19 causing virus in Wuhan, China.* a rabbit hole two decades deep... *October 2013, DARPA awarded Moderna up to approximately $25 million to research and develop potential ^^RNA medicines as a part of DARPA’s Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics, or ADEPT, program, which is focused on assisting with the development of technologies to rapidly identify and respond to threats posed by natural and engineered diseases and toxins. This award followed an initial award from DARPA given in March 2013.* *CEO of Moderna Dumped $400 Million in Stock(remaining 3.5B) then Deletes His Twitter Account.* CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, has gotten busy selling off his stock shares and then deleted his twitter account... This comes shortly after a former Blackrock executive began investigating the death statistics from insurance companies and funeral homes (all cause mortality). Also worth noting, Noubar Afeyan, another Moderna cofounder, who has dumped shares for $1.5B. As the saying goes, gotta strike while the iron is hot! Just normal scheduled sales... Move along, Nothing to See, MOVE ALONG! 🙈🙉🙊

Firstly, the Twoline Studios work with this Fireside Chat is genius! It helped me pay closer attention and think deeper about what is being discussed. It enhanced the presentation by communicating an added dimension to the speakers' passionate thoughts and motivations. I enjoy true stories about never giving up and triumphing over failure and the sketch helped me connect to the story. To the point of ideas being only as good as they are communicated, I want to give voice to those who had to work twice as hard if not harder, just to have access to stand before the door of opportunities where many are still knocking. The ability to have one's ideas heard is only as good as the opportunities and access one has to open those doors or have someone on the other side even answer. I hope that those that are doing big things now, can overcome their "jealousy gene'" or other ego-centered issues and open those doors to individuals with diverse backgrounds and from all walks of life. Ideas that can change the world are not always going to come from the traditional scientist, the engineer, doctor, or even a college graduate. Providing opportunities like this would be doing a BIG thing for the world. Thank you for sharing this presentation with students of the world.

So do I but I. The difference is I am a lowely supervisor. I see what the floor level employees make and deal with ( b/c thats where I started). I drive them home or pick them up, bring in food, listen to their problems. I have not taken a vacation in decades ( get 6 weeks but have too much responsibility with family to leave). I think the system is creating these heartless monsters and you ( the Collegiate a - hole training program) seem to be a part of it! The "board of directors" should reassign (fire) her and get someone that knows how to behave, lead and inspire. Undermining the cohesion of the team like that at that level, should not be tolerated! If that is not an option and the bad behavior continues then her colleagues (employees) should cut their loses and join a job (group of people) that values them. Employees need to learn how to respect themselves. Working with a person like this is the opposite of respecting oneself!

See no no no, after she found out her staff was striking and said of course SHE didn't mean THEM, they are awesome and did so good. She ment that's what the other bad a greedy CEOs are thinking, and she just wanted everyone to know. She totally would NEVER do that to her staff..... seriously it was the quickest most pathetic about face on her words when she actually had to stand by them. But control freaks and narcissist need you back under their thumb, it's been hard not controlling people's daily life's directly for atleast 40 hours a week, it's what sustains their soulless corporate bodies to keep going, and they are almost all out of misery and stress gas.
